Due to the nature of our products, all flowers and arrangements are perishable and all sales are final.

Exceptions

We will gladly offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in the following cases:

Flowers arrive damaged or in unacceptable condition.

Incorrect order or delivery error on our part. 

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include a photo of the product. 

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Personal preferences (color, flower type, style)
  • Minor variations due to seasonal availability. 
  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer. 
  • Successfully delivered and accepted orders
